Over the years, we’ve worked hard to keep our prices as affordable as possible, but like many small businesses we’re now facing significant increases in costs. Wages, superannuation, rent, and electricity have all risen significantly for our business.
To ensure families receive the very best quality and to continue offering the magical, authentic experience you expect — and to bring us in line with other private Santas — our prices will be rising this season. Through our market research we are still much lower than other Santa and non-Santa Christmas sessions.
We truly value your support and understanding and we remain committed to creating truely magical Christmas memories that are worth treasuring for years to come.
Private Sitting Pricing 2025
The cost this season is $100.00 per booking with a $40.00 deposit at the time of booking, the balance of $60.00 to be paid in cash on the day of the photos.

Santa's Photo Sessions

Every session with Santa is designed to be magical, relaxed, and full of festive fun. Here’s what’s included:
✨ Your Santa Session
15 minutes with Santa in a private, family-friendly setting.
Access to 3 individual photo sets (photos can be taken in one or all of the sets).
4 different poses during your session.
📸 What You Receive
Up to 8 digital images (selected by yourself) delivered via Dropbox.
From those 8 images, you choose 1 favourite to receive as a print package.

2 × 6x8 prints
2 × 4x6 prints
Plus your choice of:
4 wallet-sized prints or
1 additional 6x4 print

Hunter Valley Santa – Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Session Details
Each booking is for a 15-minute private session with Santa.
Families will have access to up to 3 photo sets and may choose 4 different poses.
Sessions are strictly for children, babies and families only. Pet photography is not offered.
2. Booking & Payments
A deposit is required at the time of booking, payable through our Square booking system.
The balance must be paid in person on the day of your session (cash only accepted).
Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable unless Hunter Valley Santa cancels the session.
We understand that babies and children get sick. Please give us plenty of notice if you are not coming.
It will be your responsibility to book another session and pay a further deposit. We will then apply your original deposit to the final cost of your booking, reducing payment on the day.
Missed sessions without notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
4. Deliverables
Families will receive up to 8 digital images via Dropbox, selected by yourself.
From these, you may choose 1 image to be provided as a print package.
The print package includes:
2 × 6x8 prints
2 × 6x4 prints
Plus either 4 wallet photos or 1 extra 6x4 print.
Additional digital images may be ordered and paid for separately.
Once you leave the premises, no change of mind or refund will be entertained.
5. Use of Images
Images provided are for personal use only (printing, sharing with family and friends, personal social media).
Images may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Hunter Valley Santa does not post images of your children to social media unless you share your images to our page. Once shared to our social pages, the images become public domain and Santa can use them as promotional material.
6. Liability & Conduct
While every effort is made to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, Hunter Valley Santa is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damage to personal property during the session.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Inappropriate or disruptive behaviour may result in the session being ended early without refund.
7. Changes & Availability
Session times, locations, and availability are subject to change. Families will be notified promptly if adjustments are required.
Hunter Valley Santa reserves the right to make changes to the Terms & Conditions when necessary.
